What is Palmyra Area Partners?

Answer: PAP was formed in January 2002 as an official neighborhood watch group in the 1st police district. The group is comprised of members, mostly concerned homeowners, who reside in the area bound by S. Jeff Davis Parkway, S. Broad, Banks Street and Canal.
